Biography
Mustaffa learned early on the values of hard work and respect—principles instilled by a strong and resilient mother. Like many, Mustaffa faced difficult moments during adolescence, which led to a series of poor decisions and ultimately time in federal prison. However, these experiences became a turning point. After serving nearly three years, Mustaffa was given a second chance through the ReEntry Entrepreneurship Program (REEP) at City Startup Labs, where they gained the tools and mindset needed to pursue a new path.
Today, Mustaffa is deeply committed to using their story to inspire others, especially youth, by sharing how choices shape our lives. He has become a dedicated mentor, proving that redemption is possible and that one’s past does not have to define their future.
